-Booking an appointment could be improved. It took 3 days of ringing at 8:30 am for ten minutes at a time to finally get an appointment with a female doctor. I must have dialled the number 60 times over the course of those three mornings only to be told after finally getting through that there were no appointments left. As a primary school teacher I needed to get colleagues to cover me.

Went to surgery thi morning for my National Health Check where i was looked after by Diane Bird.. The lady was excellent at her job and was very helpful in the information she gave me and the added bonus she was good looking and had a happy disposition, I'm glad I went Peter Iles
